The Intel® Celeron™ processor at 533, 500, 466, 433, and 400 expands Intel processing performance into the sub-$1200 market segment. The Intel Celeron processors provide power to handle the internet, educational programs, interactive 3D games, and productivity applications. The Intel Celeron processors at 533, 500, 466, 433, and 400 MHz, include integrated L2 cache 128Kbyte. The core for the 533, 500, 466, 433, and 400 MHz processors have 19M transistors due to the addition of the integrated L2 cache.

All the Intel Celeron processors are based on Intel's advanced 0.25 micron CMOS process technology. All the Intel Celeron processors are available in the plastic pin grid array (P.P.G.A.) form factor. The P.P.G.A. form factor is compatible with the 370 pin socket and provides new potential for OEMs to lower system design cost as well as more flexibility to design system form factors. In addition, the 433 and 400 MHz for OEMs are available in the single edge processor package (S.E.P.P.) enabling ease of design, as well as cost efficiency. In both packages, Intel Celeron processors deliver quality, reliability, and compatibility. They offer great performance for today's most widely-used office applications and for accessing the internet.
